Our December Monthly Meal Plan (and FREE Printable)

EEK – another year is almost in the books! Raise your hand if you’re ready for the new year!! πŸ™‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ I’m popping in with our meal plan for the month… Hope it gives you a little inspiration if you need ideas!

Breakfast is pretty routine around here (we make homemade cinnamon rolls for Christmas though!)… Here’s what we usually have each week:

  • Monday: Oatmeal
  • Tuesday: Scrambled Eggs (with toast or in burritos)
  • Wednesday: Homemade Granola with Yogurt
  • Thursday: Oatmeal
  • Friday: Muffins
  • Saturday: Cereal
  • Sunday: Smoothies and Granola

Lunches are usually leftovers, sandwiches, quesadillas or snack lunches (crackers, cheese, fresh fruit and veggies, popcorn, whatever we can pull together quick).

And here’s what we’re planning for dinner this month:

  12. Breakfast
  13. Chicken Enchilada Soup
  14. Taco Stuffed Shells
  15. Hamburger Soup
  16. White Chicken Chili
  17. Cheesy Potato Soup
  18. Beef Enchiladas and Homemade Spanish Rice
  19. Chicken Tenders
  20. Slow Cooker Beef Stew
  21. BBQ Chicken Sandwiches
  22. Homemade Thin Crust Pizza
  23. Beans & Cornbread
  24. Oven-Fried Chicken
  25. Crockpot Chili
  26. Taco Crescent Ring
  27. Beef & Vegetable Soup
  28. Chicken Pot Pie Bubble-Up Bake
  29. Easy Chicken Parmesan
  30. Roast, Potatoes & Carrots
  31. New Year’s Eve Snackies

While we’ve planned for the entire month, know that we’re a normal family that changes things around as needed. If we have leftovers or takeout, we’ll save the planned meal for a different night!
