Our October Monthly Meal Plan (and FREE Printable)

Phew, it’s been a few months! We moved from Oklahoma to Kansas in July, and it’s been a little crazy around here while we’ve been getting settled in our new house! I feel like I finally have time to plan an entire month of dinners, and I thought I’d pop in and share our *plan* with you in case you need some inspiration!

Our breakfasts are pretty much routine… Here’s what we usually have:

  • Monday: Oatmeal
  • Tuesday: Scrambled Eggs and Toast
  • Wednesday: Homemade Granola with Yogurt
  • Thursday: Oatmeal
  • Friday: Muffins
  • Saturday: Cereal
  • Sunday: Smoothies and Granola

Lunches are usually leftovers, sandwiches, quesadillas or snack lunches (crackers, cheese, fresh fruit and veggies, popcorn, whatever we can pull together quick).

And here’s what we’re planning for dinner this month:

  14. Crunchwrap Supremes
  15. Cheesy Potato Soup
  16. Sesame Chicken & Broccoli Beef
  17. Lasagna (Freezer Meal)
  18. Chicken Enchilada Soup
  19. Taco Style Stuffed Shells
  20. Homemade Thin Crust Pizza
  21. Crockpot Chicken Noodle Soup
  22. Chicken Pot Pie Bubble-Up Bake
  23. Pork Fried Rice
  24. Taco Crescent Ring
  25. Slow Cooker Beef Stew
  26. Cream Cheese Chicken

We’re a normal family that switches things up from time to time, but we do try to stay close to the plan because the ingredients are on hand. Hope the links I shared give you a little inspiration if you’re looking for meal planning ideas for the next few weeks!
