I shared on Instagram in March that we were going back to once-a-month meal planning and grocery shopping… And then the world changed in the blink of an eye and we, like you, had to figure out how to get what we might need to help us stay out of the stores for a longer period of time.
Here we are a few months later, and I’m attempting to do a full month’s meal plan for June. I’ve already done the bulk of our shopping, and I plan to go back to the store in a couple of weeks for milk, eggs and fresh produce.
Our breakfasts are pretty much routine… Here’s what we usually have:
- Monday: Oatmeal
- Tuesday: Scrambled Eggs and Toast
- Wednesday: Homemade Granola with Yogurt
- Thursday: Oatmeal
- Friday: Muffins
- Saturday: Cereal
- Sunday: Smoothies and Granola
Lunches are usually leftovers, sandwiches, quesadillas or snack lunches (crackers, cheese, fresh fruit and veggies, popcorn, whatever we can pull together quick).
And here’s what we’re planning for dinner this month:

- Homemade Pizza and Mozzarella Sticks
- Crunchwrap Supremes and Homemade Spanish Rice

- Slow Cooker Ribs
- White Chicken Chili
- Grilled Cheese and Homemade Tomato Soup
- Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole
- Easy Chicken Parmesan
- Ham and Cheese Pockets
- Homemade Pizza
- Spaghetti
- Oven-Fried Chicken
- Easy Fried Rice
- Lasagna
- Chicken Enchilada Soup

Well, there you have it friends! A whole month of meals planned out… I should mention that we are a normal family that switches things up from time to time, but having it written down is *hopefully* going to help with the meal-planning rut I sometimes find myself in!
