Monthly Meal Plan Inspiration (April 2020)

Phew… Another month of all things cooking is in the books! I have to be honest, we ate a lot of the same things on repeat in April… 🤷🏼‍♀️ Here’s a quick rundown of what we ate last month.

Our breakfasts are pretty much routine… Here’s what we usually have:

  • Monday: Oatmeal
  • Tuesday: Scrambled Eggs and Toast
  • Wednesday: Homemade Granola with Yogurt
  • Thursday: Oatmeal
  • Friday: Muffins
  • Saturday: Cereal
  • Sunday: Smoothies and Granola

Lunches are usually leftovers, sandwiches, quesadillas or snack lunches (crackers, cheese, fresh fruit and veggies, popcorn, whatever I can pull together quick).

Phew… There you have it! We really do enjoy cooking and eating homemade, but I think I got in a rut with ideas last month. Hoping to get a little more variety in our menu this month! What’s your favorite thing to make for your family??
