Phew… Another month of all things cooking is in the books! I have to be honest, we ate a lot of the same things on repeat in April… 🤷🏼♀️ Here’s a quick rundown of what we ate last month.
Our breakfasts are pretty much routine… Here’s what we usually have:
- Monday: Oatmeal
- Tuesday: Scrambled Eggs and Toast
- Wednesday: Homemade Granola with Yogurt
- Thursday: Oatmeal
- Friday: Muffins
- Saturday: Cereal
- Sunday: Smoothies and Granola
Lunches are usually leftovers, sandwiches, quesadillas or snack lunches (crackers, cheese, fresh fruit and veggies, popcorn, whatever I can pull together quick).
