Hi friends! We’ve been home for a few weeks now, cooking and cleaning all the day long (not really, but it kinda feels like it!). I thought I’d share what we ate in March in case you’re in need of a little menu inspiration.
Our breakfasts are pretty much routine… Here’s what we usually have:
- Monday: Oatmeal
- Tuesday: Scrambled Eggs
- Wednesday: Homemade Granola
- Thursday: Oatmeal
- Friday: Muffins
- Saturday: Cereal
- Sunday: Smoothies and Granola
Lunch is usually leftovers, sandwiches, or quesadillas depending on what we have on hand. We’ve also been eating as much fresh produce as we can right now, trying to keep our immune systems boosted.
I usually mix things up for dinner (except homemade pizza on Tuesdays and a crock-pot meal for Sunday lunch). Here’s what we ate in March if you need a little inspiration:
- Baked Potatoes (we keep it super easy after church Sunday evening)
- Chicken Enchiladas
- Homemade Crunchwrap Supremes
- Grilled Cheese and Homemade Tomato Soup
- BLT Sandwiches
- Homemade Zuppa Toscana Soup
- Taco Crescent Ring
- Chicken Enchilada Soup (lunch)
- Biscuits and Gravy
- Homemade Pizza
- Slow-Cooker Beef Stew
- Leftovers
- Out to Eat
- Breakfast (Buttermilk Pancakes, Scrambled Eggs, Sausage)
- Pulled Pork Sandwiches
- Grilled Cheese
- Homemade Pizza
- Grilled Hamburgers
- Dinosaur Eggs
- Spaghetti
- Breakfast
- Homemade Pizza
- Oven-Fried Chicken
- Homemade Pizza (yep, twice in one week!)
- Beef and Vegetable Soup
- Grilled Chicken Salad
- Taco Salad
- BLT Sandwiches
- Slow-Cooker Ribs
- Southwest Chicken Salad
- Grilled Hamburgers
Mmmkay, there it is, friends… I know grocery shopping is a little tough right now with not knowing what will or won’t be in stock at the store. My hope is that seeing our menu from last month might give you a new idea of something to try (or something you haven’t made in a long while). I like to look back at old meal plans to see if there are any meals we used to eat all the time but got burned out on. Maybe this will do that for you!
Let me know if you liked seeing this… I can do another round up from the month of April if you found it helpful!
